1377 PeopleSoft Migration - Academic restructuring
Scheduled Change: Changes to PeopleSoft for the Academic restructuring will occur. These changes will occur between Thursday (5/14) and Sunday (5/17). All student records overnight processing jobs will be discontinued during this time period. Changes to the Academic Structure include: -Academic Org Tree - Plan Table - Program Table - Org Table - User Security is being updated to new Orgs/Programs - Program/Plan Stack (student data rows) - Applications/Admissions (student data rows) Report any issues to the ASU Help Desk (480-965-6500)immediately.

1369 Advantage Financial - Preparations for move to ADOA (Rehearsal)
Scheduled Change: The Advantage Financial system will be shutdown at 6pm for about 30 minutes to capture a database backup. This is a rehearsal for the work that will be occurring next Friday, May 22nd, when the Advantage hosting is scheduled to be moved to ADOA. Scheduled Change: UTO will be rebooting FILESRVP at 6pm in order to clear disk error messages that are appearing in the server log files. During the reboot clients and applications will not be able to access /afs/asu.edu/it/prod directories. Access to this directory structure is expected to be resumed by 6:30pm.

Scheduled Change: The following maintenance activities will occur for the PeopleSoft production HRSA, CRM and EPM systems between 2pm to 6pm on Saturday: • Microsoft Windows monthly patch deployment – this activity will impact crystal reporting while the windows hosts are being patched. • Network changes - Changes are non disruptive, no service impact is expected. We do not expect any of this work to impact end of semester processing that may be occurring during the 4-6pm Saturday maintenance period.
