CMS will cycle the SAPRD application servers at midnight tonight (which is July 3 at 12:00am). This will be completed in a rolling manner (one by one). No outage is expected however, possible service disruptions may occur. Active sessions effected by this service request will be able to reacquire access via normal logon procedures.

The following Peoplesoft Production environments will be UNAVAILABLE Saturday, 6/21/08, 2pm until Sunday, 6/22/08, ~11am, for scheduled maintenance.

EPM - Enterprise Performance Management

Services impacted during this time include:

Students will be unable to search for classes, register, view holds, financial aid status and application status.
Faculty Center access to class rosters.
Administrative functions for admissions, student records, student financials, talent acquisition manager, payroll, employee benefits and Human Resources.
Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service.
Search staff postings.
Scheduled processes will be held.
CRM Support for case creation/reporting.
CRM Sales and Online Marketing.
myReports access to EPM.

Itfs1 filers will be under maintenance from 9:00 PM, 6/20/08 to 11:59 PM, 6/20/08.
