ASU Network Communications will be performing an emergency outage on the Intuity Audix Voice Mail Systems, Thursday, August 21st, from 4:00 am - 7:00 am. During this outage access to the Intuity Audix voice mail system may be unavailable; this outage will not affect the Cisco Unity Voice Mail System (DPC Locations, Skysong, Financial Aid, Poly New Buildings, Poly Cisco Users, and Centerpoint 4th Floor Cisco Users). Though UTO does not expect the outage to last the entire time, they reserve the right to utilize this time should it become necessary.

The following Peoplesoft NON Production environments will be UNAVAILABLE Saturday, 8/16/08, 2pm until Monday, 8/18/08, 4am, for scheduled maintenance.

CRM - Customer Relationship Management
ePM - Enterprise Performance Management
EP - Enterprise Portal

Card1 will be unavailable from 6pm until midnight on 8/16/08 due to server maintenance.
