1465 WebApp - Application for Admissions Changes to ethnicity input for regulatory compliance

Scheduled Change: Changes to the web application for graduate and undergraduate admissions will take place to collect ethnic data differently as required by the US Dept of Education.

There will be multiple migrations on different systems occuring to activate this change:
July 1 - Migrate tables and app engine process in Peoplesoft.
July 2 - Migrate changes for Grad/Ugrad WebApp and Dept1 Sybase Admissions_Application database.

1599 CEM Enhancements - V2

Scheduled Change: Enhancements and adjustments to the MyASU CEM/Blackboard course request application. Enhancements to include: Add Class-nbr to search criteria, ensure all class numbers of multiple class requests are included in the request, add database row insert for Training and DEV classes.

1598 University Testing Services Results Application - Enhancement

Scheduled Change: The University Testing Services web application will be migrated on Thursday, July 2, 2009 between 7-7:30am in order for additional class data to be added to the instructor results viewing page.

1595 Web migration - Undergraduate Admissions Application

Scheduled Change: The Undergraduate Admissions Application will be unavailable Thursday, July 2 from 7am to 7:30am. During this time no students will be able to create, update or submit admissions applications. This is to put federally mandated ethnicity changes into effect.

1587 Firewall - Migration of Main Data Center Firewall to new Hardware

Scheduled Change: UTO will be migrating the main data center firewall, (fwlc5), from old hardware to the new vsx-fwcl1 virtual firewall beginning at 9pm and to be completed by ~1am. During this time there will be intermittent access to most systems in the data center with possible short outages. This is the second of several firewall moves occurring over the next several months as we begin to phase out older equipment and deploy on virtual firewalls.

1590 Network - ASU Tempe, Center for Family Studies, Maintenance

Scheduled Change: ASU plans 1 hour of maintenance for the Tempe, Center for Family Studies Ethernet and Wireless network between 6:00am and 7:00am. ASU expects the actual outage to be of shorter duration, but reserves the entire outage period for testing.

During this planned maintenance, ASU will be upgrading our networking equipment to allow more ethernet connections.
