ASU plans a one hour preapproved network outage for Downtown Campus Taylorplace Tower 2 floors 3-14 between 06:00am and 07:00am on Aug. 21, 2009. During this planned maintenance, ASU will be moving the network devices to surge protected power. There will be a short term loss of network connectivity during this change. ASU expects the actual impact to individual customers to be short, but reserves the entire duration of the outage. If you encounter network problems after the stated outage period, please call the ASU Help Desk at 480.965.6500.
