2293 kadxm Data Warehouse - EPM Migration

The following EPM table will be altered to add an additional column which has been added to it's source tables in Peoplesoft:

PS_ASU_AI0018_CMTE -- Campus community advising data

The potential impact will be to MyReports reporting and dashboards.

In addition, the following new EPM tables will be added:

PS_SAD_GMT_SUS -- GMAT load data

PS_ACAD_ORG_HR_OWN -- Academic organization data destructive

There is no expected user impact.

2203 kasdm PeopleSoft - Red Flag Protocol for Identity Theft Prevention

An Identity Theft Prevention program has been adopted in accordance with ABOR policy 3-703. Part of this program consists of identifying Red Flag events. Red Flags are defined as those events which should alert an organization that there is a risk of identity theft.

This implementation consists of the migration of multiple jobs. There will be no outage related to this implementation. The following new processes will be added:

1. a process to send email when SSN changes

2. a process to send email when name and birth date change in the same day

3. a process to send email when name and home address change in the same day

4. a process to send email when direct deposit information changes for employees

5. a process to send email when direct deposit informaiton changes for students

6. a query to look for duplicate direct deposit information for employees

7. a query to look for duplicate direct deposit information for students

A separate implementation will send an email for ASURITE password changes.

2333 khkrl Data Center – Add departmental firewalls to ISTB1

From 7 - 9pm network changes will be made to bring up a departmental firewall in the ISTB1 data center. New VLANs will be added to ISTB1 switches to support new Xen departmental servers and will allow us to place co-lo servers behind firewalls. No disruption of the network is expected. CRM cases 478532, 478629, 477304, and 476812 are all associated with this change.
