Intuity Audix Voice Mail Systems

ASU Network Communications will be performing an emergency outage on the Intuity Audix Voice Mail Systems, Thursday, August 21st, from 4:00 am - 7:00 am. During this outage access to the Intuity Audix voice mail system may be unavailable; this outage will not affect the Cisco Unity Voice Mail System (DPC Locations, Skysong, Financial Aid, Poly New Buildings, Poly Cisco Users, and Centerpoint 4th Floor Cisco Users). Though UTO does not expect the outage to last the entire time, they reserve the right to utilize this time should it become necessary.

Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service.
Effort Reporting.
Search staff postings.
Scheduled processes will be held.
CRM Support for case creation/reporting.
CRM Sales and Online Marketing.
myReports access to ePM.

Blackboard Maintenance

The Blackboard Learning Management System will be unavailable on Wednesday 13th August from 9pm to 3am in order to apply several essential updates to the system.

ASU Wireless SSID

Monday morning (8/18/2008) between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. UTO Network Communications will be implementing a single wireless SSID. During this time network traffic on the wireless network will be disrupted for short periods of time.

ASU Tempe Campus, Physical Education Building East, Ethernet and Wireless, 1st and 2nd Floors, 8/12/2008

ASU Network Communications plans a 12 hour outage of the Tempe Campus, Physical Education Building East, 1st and 2nd floors, Ethernet and Wireless network on Tuesday, 8/12/2008 between 7:00pm and 7:00am Wednesday, 8/13/2008. ASU expects the actual outage to be of shorter duration but reserves the entire outage period for testing.

During this planned outage, ASU will be upgrading network devices.

If you encounter network problems after the stated outage period, please call the ASU Help Desk at 480.965.6500.

Cox TV Network Maintenance, ASU Tempe Campus, McAllister Village 8/12/08 6:30 a.m. to 8/14/08 Thursday 1:00 a.m.

ITFS1 and VID3020 Maintenance

The ITFS1 filer and VID3020 will be unavailable from 9PM to midnight on Friday August 8th due to maintenance. This outage will affect all College and Departmental file systems residing on this filer.

Exchange Maintenance
