ASU Network Communications plans a 3 hour outage of the Tempe Campus, MURDOCK LECTURE HALL, all floors, Ethernet network on Tuesday, 07/08/2008 between 4:00am and 7:00am. ASU expects the actual outage to be of shorter duration but reserves the entire outage period for testing.

During this planned outage, ASU Netcom will be performing some network maintenance and database documentation updates.

CMS will cycle the SAPRD application servers at midnight tonight (which is July 3 at 12:00am). This will be completed in a rolling manner (one by one). No outage is expected however, possible service disruptions may occur. Active sessions effected by this service request will be able to reacquire access via normal logon procedures.

CRMPRD System will be unavailable from 10:00PM 6/29/08 - 12:00AM 6/30/08 due to emergency maintenance.

The CRMPROD system will be unavailable to users during the maintenance window.

posprodapp1

posprodapp1 will be unavailable from 7:00AM 6/28/08 - 12:00PM 6/28/08 due to server maintenance.

The Micros POS system will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

Orientation - Northern California 6:30AM 6/28/08 - 6:00PM 6/28/08.

Systems related to orientation and registration need to be available.

The Citrix Public Farm will be under maintenance from 9:00PM 6/27/08 - 02:00AM 5/28/08.

Users will experience rolling outages during the assigned time period due to reboots.

BLACKBOARD CLUSTER

MyASU may be unavailable from 9:00PM 6/27/08 - 02:00AM 5/28/08 due to server maintenance.

Open systems reserves this time every Friday night for MyASU maintenance as needed.

Mailadmin maintenance

Mailadmin will be under maintenance from 5:00PM 6/27/08 - 7:00PM 5/27/08.
